Rihanna’s former New York penthouse and two others in the same building that have been on and off the market — sometimes for more than a decade — are returning to low-priced auctions to try to seal the deal.
In November. On the 13th, these three Midtown movies that once fetched $50 million — and previously home, over the years, to Rihanna, French Montana and former New York Yankees star Rougned “Rougie” Odor — will be auctioned with a minimum reserve bid of $30 million.
The auction, for units at the Cassa Hotel and Residences at 70 W. 45th St., was first reported by Mansion Global. They have been on and off since 2011. The stars themselves have lived in their respective units separately between 2013 and 2021.
The units can also be purchased separately with a reserve bid of between $10 million and $12 million each. If combined, they would create an 8,000-square-foot triplex — but they come without outdoor space.

Asking $6 million in 2021. The six-story building dates back to 2006.
Finally, a Times Square penthouse asking $21 million in 2015 will be auctioned in November. 20 by Paramount Realty and Rick Kelly of Alta Real Estate with a reserve price of $7 million.
Designed by Kostas Kondylis in 2008, the 4,335-square-foot, four-bedroom unit at 247 W. 46th St. it comes with four bathrooms, two powder rooms, a fireplace, water views, and a 160-square-foot terrace. Design details include two floating staircases and 25-foot, double-height ceilings, along with floor-to-ceiling corner windows, a wet bar and two crystal chandeliers. The lower level guest suite comes with a private entrance.
